About Alexa
Alexa Lett specializes in mixed media textile art and stitchery. Her passion for handmade and vintage materials has led her to create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces of art.
After years of making little snippets of sewn “things,” Alexa has developed her art form into a successful career. She has had solo shows and exhibits and now sells her artwork through her brand, Handmade Imperfections. Her work is inspired by her collection of antiques, quilts, stitchery, notions, books, photographs, fabric, and just about anything kitschy. Alexa’s goal is for consumers to look at her pieces and see different layers of the past, reminiscing about memories associated with the vintage fabrics and notions she uses.
